Something not quite right? No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return for a refund or exchange.

UK customers get a prepaid returns label. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Our company is in the UK. Standard shipping is 2-3 days. Next Day Delivery when ordered before 1pm arrives the next working day.

Orders to mainland Europe usually arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

No. We cover customs and import duties, so the price you see at checkout is what you pay. The only exception is a small number of countries, where local rules make the customer responsible for import charges on delivery.

Head to our Returns Portal (click here) and enter your order number (it starts with HY and ends with STRIDE, for example HY12345STRIDE) and the email you ordered with. Choose refund or exchange and follow the steps. If the portal doesn't recognise your order, double-check you're using the same email you checked out with, or contact us and we'll sort it.

Yes. Every Hystride lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays (UV400), whichever model or colour you choose. Most of our lenses are also polarised, which cuts glare from roads, water and wet surfaces. Each product page lists the exact lens spec.
