How long after placing my order is my order shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are either shipped the same day or the next day.

How long is delivery?
UK orders placed before 1pm with Next Day Delivery will arrive the next working day.
UK orders placed with standard delivery will be delivered between 2-3 working days.
Overseas orders are posted with the fastest possible delivery method. Generally recieved within 5-7 working days.
How can I track my order?
A tracking code will be sent to you via email. Use this to stay up to date with your delivery details. You can also make changes to delivery such as adding a safe place with this code.


Glasses Sizes?
All of our glasses are one size fits all. They allow for room for people with a larger head. While also having a tight grip with wrap around arms, ensuring a firm fit for people of a smaller size.
Socks Sizes?
Our socks are also one size fits all. We have designed our socks to fit all feet sizes. Our super elastic socks are tight enough for smaller feet, while stretching also for larger sizes.
Shorts Sizes?
Our shorts fit true to size. Our models rang from 5'8-5'9, they are all weraring size medium. Our half tights are made from a super elastic blend, therefor allowing for both larger set quads and also thinner builds.
Are there any discounts currently?
Although site wide discounts are rare and generally only applicable around our Black Friday. Some athletes do have affiliate codes for 5% off, these can be found on Instagram.

What if I need return my order within the UK?
If you need to return any order, simply email info@hystride.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will then send you a shipping label for you to return the item. Once we receive the item we will process a refund or reorder the size you have requested.
Refunds may take 3-5 days to show in your bank account.
What if I need return my order from outside the UK?
We do accept returns from outside the UK and can process full or partial refunds for items. However unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. However we are working hard to implement this.
How is my personal details or bank account details stored?
As a company following UK law, we do not hold any customer details other than those necessary to fufill your orders.
How can I contact Hystride/ support?
You can contact us in a number of ways. While using the site there is a 'chat' tab on the bottom right of the screen. Simply open that and one of our colleagues will respond to any questions you may have. Or you can chose to email info@hystride.com. We will respond the same day, usually within an hour.
