What do blue light glasses actually do?

They filter a portion of the blue light (roughly 400–455 nm) coming off screens, LED lighting and daylight before it reaches your eyes. Ours block 30% in that band while staying clear enough to wear all day without a colour cast.

Are the lenses clear or tinted?

Clear. There's a very faint warm tint you'll notice if you hold them against white paper, and a slight blue reflection on the lens surface - that's the filter coating doing its job, not a tint you'll see through.

Do they have anti-glare / anti-reflective coating?

Yes. Multi-layer anti-reflective coating on both sides, plus an anti-scratch hardcoat and [an oleophobic layer so fingerprints wipe off easily]. The AR coating is what stops your own screen reflecting back at you from the inside of the lens.
